have been feeling kinda tired & busy with the roadshows preparation and project submissions.. next week will be a "sardine-packed" busy week. there's 2 roadshows from 1st to 4th and term test on 5th... but, i will endure! just 1 more week to go!
well, it seems like there are a few things that needs to be completed during my break
1. IB final report - seems easy yet muchhhhh research required.. aiis.
2. IB tutorial presentation
3. BB magazine report - 20 articles, 40 page analysis required!! :S
i hope i have enough time during the 3 wks break to finish what i've to accomplish...
it's QBC's 46th Anniversary today! Praise the Lord! i think no words can be used to describe His goodness, His grace and love.... (:
1st time being part of the 3rd flr's worship team. was kind of nervous at first. (thank you ellie for praying for me! hehe.) But when i stood up there with the worship team, thinking abt how God has been so so good, how He has been blessing our church for so many years, my heart was filled with so much thanksgiving and i just can't stop praising Him.
anyway, can't wait for church retreat to come! the last one that i went to was like... 6 years ago i think. super long. haha. 2 more weeks! and then it'll be a time of rest and fun!
so happy! God heard my prayers (& also other people who have been praying for me la.. i think) abt my exam paper schedule (:
a few weeks back, i was hoping and praying that my one and only common test paper will fall on either 6th or 11th dec. cos these 2 dates are the ideal dates la. (6th dec being the most preferred date)
reason being, if it falls on either dates, i can still go for church's retreat from the 7th to 10th dec. and it can't fall on the 12th either, cos i scared the paper will be very late like, 4 to 6pm, and i am flying to china on the 12th at.. 7pm i think. so, not gd not gd.
and so, i told a few people, asking them to pray for me too. every night, when we (my family) webcam with mummy (who is in taiwan for some sch trip), we will always end our webcam session with a prayer. and then we will always pray abt my exam date... though keeping in mind that regardless of what the outcome of my exam date will be, it will always be in my best interest.
lo and behold! God is goooooooood!! today, during tutorial, when my tutor told me the date for my Buyer Behavior paper, i was so happy! it's on the 5th dec! :D even better than what i expected. hahaha. carmen must be quite happy too. right carmen? haha. you wont be alone on the 6th already. hee
although, academically speaking, i have 2 different roadshows to manage from the 1st to 4th dec, meaning that i don't really have much time, or maybe even, any time at all, to study for my paper during that week, im still very happy and contented alr. one cannot be too greedy right? and i started studying already. so i guess i shld be prepared when the time comes.
haha, come to think of it, when my tutor announced the date of the paper, i think i was the only one in class that had a big smile on the face. the others were like complaining. hehehe :P
thank YOU, God! :D
kind of tired. many things to do. have been slping at odd timings.
but this week is going to be over soon. next week will be a better week, cos by then, IB report will be submitted and RM presentation will be over. just need to start/continue the preparations for the upcoming roadshowsss.
amazing. i just realised, 1 more mth and then it's term break! i'll cope.
it's the 4th week of school already. isn't it amazing how fast time just flies? so far, school has been good. thank God (:
there are a lot of things that need to be done. within this 2 weeks, i've to prepare and submit 1 report and 1 lecture presentation. first time doing such lecture presentation. my group have to teach the class on the chapter and prepare tutorial questions with answers! so in short, we have to be the teachers for the day. haha. hope the class will be able to understand what we're teaching!
there is also 1 upcoming roadshow in school. many things need to be done.. well, amidst all the busy-ness, the thankful thing is that they are all group/class projects, so the stress/pressure/work is shared among everyone.
everything seems to be on track so far. im still able to cope with school and all. hopefully it'll be like this till i graduate!
