HAPPIEST DAY!

Lavinia, Debbie, Wen, Christie, Yong Lin! thank you all SOOOOOOOO much!!! hahaa (: you girls are rlllllyyyyy sweeeeetttt la! made me sooo happy today! (: i cld not stop smiling! and i have to say that my dad and mum are rly great too (: they actually knew abt this surprise celebration since monday and they are so co-operative with my great bunch of frens. haa (:

on tuesday night ... my dad was like saying, "esther, friday you dn go out ok. in the morning you help me laminate grandma's photos and then afternoon my colleagues are coming, at night we going to church for lantern festival celebration. so on friday you stay at home ok." and then i was like ... "ok loh." so i rly din suspect anything or what la ... cos i have yet to realise that it was my birthday on friday la. hhaa. i forgotten abt it actually. hee :P

on thurs, it was my last day at work la, then we wanted to treat aunty betty, aunty pheck tin and shanker lunch mah .... then aunty betty msglav saying dn treat them and so on la ... then lav wanted to show me aunty betty's msg, but she showed the wrong one .. instead she showed me debbie's msg ... i saw my hse address in her msg lo ... but i din see the rest of the msg, then i asked lav "eh, how come your msg got my hse address?" then she ah, think super fast leh, she tell me "oh, debbie give me one, cos i want to write card mah" then i say "huh. why u go overseas holiday write postcard ah?" then lav still "yah loh" then i rly din thought much abt it at all ok. i happily accepted her this 'lame' answer la.

tdy, i woke up at abt 9am plus, and then i was like helping my grandma with the foodstuff la, then my dad was liike busy arranging the chairs, cleaning the lamp asking me to prepare myself ... then i was like thinking ... how come his colleagues coming for discussion only need to do so many things one ... so much food, and he clean this clean that .. haa. but i din rly think abt anything much la. so i was like just waiting for his colleagues to come loh.

i was in my room when he came into my room and said to me "eh esther, my colleagues come already, you help me to pour drinks for them ok" haaa. and i still unsuspectingly said "orh, how many?" and he said "5" then my dad walked away. so i started to walk out to the living room, and then i was like about to look at who his colleagues were .... when i saw a group of pple standing at one corner, and the first person i saw was debbie! and then i saw the rest of them and they were holding at cake la! i was SO surprise and touched!! (: and they started to sing the bdae song for me. i am rly rly touched la. my face was like feeling hot and tears were in my eyes la. and then after that we spent the rest of the day just talking and talking and talking and talkingggg.. haha. we can just sit down anywhere .. and just talk for hourssss .. rly, no joke. had a great time laughing and chatting and having fun (:

come to think of it, i realised tht the past few days my dad seemed abit weird ... he asked me how many pple is in my class ... are we close ... then he asked me not to go out on friday ... and then the msg that i saw on lav's phone ... haha. and my mum is rly funny la .. she thought my frens came alr .. so she called and said "your frens come alr ah?" and i said "huh? my frens?" and then my mum realised that i dnoe anything yet so she quickly say "oh i mean daddy's frens." then cos my mum sometimes will like say wrongly one mah ... so i din suspect much la ... hahaha (:

i cnt believe it. im so unsuspecting. i actually believed lav's lame answer abt the postcard. and also, my dad went to buy a cake before the girls came. then i did'nt see the cake la. i only saw the box when i opened the fridge. and it was from breadtalk. so naturally breadtalk mah .. so breadtalk=sell bread la. so when i saw the breadtalk box in the fridge, i said to my grandma "wah, daddy buy the bread so nice ... still put in box somemore" gdnesss!! i am rly so silly. bread put in box alr weird ... somemore still in fridge ... but yet ... i din suspect anythinggg ... hahaha!

im rly rly very very verrryy happy today (: cos it's like, i only know the girls for like 6 mths ... so to say the truth, i din rly expect them to celebrate my bdae and cos i dn remember telling them when is my bdae. so when they actually know and remembered when is my bdae and actually came all the way to my hse to celebrate for me, it's rly rly touching la. im so blessed to have great friends like them (:

my birthday this year is the happpiest and most memorable birthday i ever had (: thank you girls for everything (: love ya alll!

besides them, there also lots of pple who wished me, and gave me gifts. one of them is kind of unexpected. haha. cos i nv thought that she wld actually remember my bday, and what's more gave me a gift too (: haha. tdy is rly greatttt!!!!!!
