supposed to be a holiday for me tdy .. coz it's the sec2 streaming exercise .. but have to go tp\o school for training ...

training was quite tough tdy. all of us were exhausted by the end of training. but it was worth it. though the training is tough, though we had set-backs, had to re-do our throws, but it was worth it. to see how we encouraged each other and pushed each other. it's realli worth all the hard work. felt tht everyone put in their effort. cld see the teamwork among all of us. haha ((:

ms chen was shouting and scolding thru out the training. it made us feel a sense of urgency and want to perform better. i remembered the "straight-on" drill ... we realli had tht encouragement and teamwork there. i still remembered the determined faces and the encouragement frm everyone, all of us, just wanting to complete our passes with no mistakes.

had team talk after the training. we talked abt our mistakes, spent quite some time to thrash everything out. had a great time talking (:

this saturday is the carnival. hope that we could acheive our goal. well, not necessarily to win. but to know that we gave our best and most imptly, we build a even stronger sense of unity (:
